Terra and Mediterraneo support United Way with “Week of Caring” for the Ninth Year

From Monday, April 28, to Sunday, May 4, the Greenwich Avenue restaurants Terra and Mediterraneo will help raise monies for the Greenwich United Way by hosting a “Week of Caring.”  A portion of restaurant proceeds for the week will benefit the United Way’s work helping to meet the health and human service needs of the community. Restaurateur Ramze Zakka has hosted this “Week of Caring” for the past nine years, raising $16,000 for the Greenwich United Way.

“We are grateful for the continued partnership with Mr. Zakka and his restaurants’ staff in this fundraising effort,” said Greenwich United Way President Stuart Adelberg. “Diners patronizing Terra and Mediterraneo during this special week will be supporting the United Way and all the lives it helps to strengthen, and they’ll enjoy great meals at two of our town’s top restaurants.”
