Chef Geoff Lazlo, Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits, Fairfield County Look, Starr Films and the Greenwich United Way have teamed up once again to bring the community together through a fun night of cooking and cocktailing to benefit the Greenwich community!

One Table, One Town, One Menu

First Course

Winter Root Vegetable Salad

Parsnip, Carrot, Radish, Chicory, Baby Arugula, Toasted Pecans, Dried Cranberry, Orange Vinaigrette

Wine Pairing: Josh Cellars Sauvignon Blanc

Main Course

(choice of two of the following)

Braised Beef Osso Bucco with White Corn Polenta, Swiss Chard, Beef Jus

Wine Pairing: The Calling Russian River Valley Pinot Noir

Or

Roasted Chicken Breast with Roasted Broccoli Steak, Pearled Barley, White Miso Dressing

Vegetarian option available

Wine Pairing: Layer Cake Chardonnay

Dessert

Blood Orange Polenta Cake with Blood Orange Marmalade, Chantilly Cream

After Dinner Cocktail: Redemption Bourbon Old Fashioned Cocktail

Dinners will include all ingredients necessary to cook the menu (except salt, pepper, olive oil).
Chef Lazlo will prepare the ingredients in packaging so it is easy to put together. Some of the items
will be partially cooked to expedite the dinner process. In addition to the live virtual cooking
class Chef Lazlo will provide cooking tips and directions with your order.
