Chef Geoff Lazlo, Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits, Starr Films and the Greenwich United Way have teamed up once again to bring the community together through a fun night of cooking and cocktailing to benefit the Greenwich community!

One Table, One Town, One Menu

First Course
Winter White Vegetable Salad
Endive, Parsnip, Celery, Cauliflower, Pear, Radish, Baby Arugula, Toasted Pepitas,
Great Hill Blue Cheese, Pear Balsamic Vinaigrette

Paired with Barone Fini Pinot Grigio Valdadige – This light-bodied Pinot Grigio works well with the delicate veggies included in this salad.

Main Course

Braised Beef Short Ribs
White Corn Polenta, Sautéed Kale, Beef Jus

Sautéed Norwegian Salmon
Butternut Squash, Pearled Barley, Maple-Sherry Dressing

Grilled Butternut Squash ‘Steak’
Pearled Barley, Maple-Sherry Dressing

Paired with The Calling Russian River Valley Pinot Noir – Pinot Noir is a lighter red that pairs well with all 3 of the main course selections.

Dessert
Brioche Vanilla Bread Pudding
Chocolate Chips

Paired with Josh Cellars Prosecco – This bubbly wine is crisp and will help cut the richness of this dish.

Dinners will include all ingredients necessary to cook the menu (except salt, pepper, olive oil).
Chef Lazlo will prepare the ingredients in packaging so it is easy to put together. Some of the items
will be partially cooked to expedite the dinner process. In addition to the live virtual cooking
class Chef Lazlo will provide cooking tips and directions with your order.
