In an effort to meet the increasing needs in town, the Greenwich United Way partnered with Greenwich Hospital Yale New Haven to develop a facility designed as a safe and comforting space for both youth and adolescent patients and their parents to access mental health services. Opening February 2024 in partnership with Greenwich Hospital Yale New Haven, the Youth & Adolescent Behavioral Health Outpatient Program will be the community’s first behavioral health program designed for young people. The new facility will be co-located with Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital Pediatric Specialty Center at 500 W. Putnam Avenue in Greenwich.
