GREENWICH TAXI COMPANY
Taxi company dispatching cars from an office on the eastbound side of the Greenwich Railroad Station. Taxis serve all of Greenwich and may also be hired to go to out-of-town locations such as airports or New York City.
WESTCHESTER BEE-LINE
The Bee-Line Bus System operates over 60 routes that include local, limited-stop and express buses, providing service within Westchester, to the Bronx, Manhattan and Putnam. It connects in Port Chester with the CT Route Bus.
GREYHOUND BUS LINES
Begun in 1914, this is the largest provider of intercity transportation in the country. Their nearest terminal is located at the Stamford Metro North railroad station. Charters are also available.

By statute, DSS is the state agency responsible for administering a number of programs under federal legislation, including the Food Stamp Act, the Older Americans Act, and the Social Security Act.
