ARREDONDO FOUNDATION
Private nonprofit agency active in the area of education for high-performing, low-income children, established by Greenwich residents Caesar and Carlos Arredondo. It initiates and develops educational programs such as the Link Program (a 4-week academic enrichment session for young people held at private schools in Greenwich and New Haven), after-school programs, and preschool programs for schools with large Hispanic populations. To qualify for funding, 50 percent of the students attending a program must be Hispanic.
