GREENWICH HOSPITAL – CENTER FOR HEALTHY AGING
GREENWICH HOSPITAL offers a comprehensive program of care for older adults through its Center for Healthy Aging. The Center has received national recognition as Center of Excellence from the American Geriatrics Society. Services are available to assure older patients and their families get the care and support they need in the hospital and at home. Elderly patients often have special requirements while they are hospitalized. A geriatrician, clinical nurse specialist and social worker from the Center meet with individual patients as needed. The Center also trains nurses to identify and address any age-related issues that may arise. Pharmacy, nutrition, physical therapy, case management and other resources are available to help prevent physical and mental decline and assure a successful stay.

I’m looking for a Functional Capacity Evaluation for my mother in law, Nicolle Woodruff. She went in for tests with the neurologist who said she needed care and couldn’t drive, but we weren’t told how much care and she doesn’t believe that she was told not to drive. They recommened Contemporary Care, but she trusts Greenwich Hospital more. Can someone please call me back and schedule an appointment at 203-733-3228 or my husband, Josh Woodruff, at 203-804-8003. We live in Texas and my husband has had to be there for a month now with no answers or to be able to find anyone. We would very much appreciate a quick reply. Thank you.
