The community health program was established in 1939 as Greenwich Tuberculosis Association, transformed in 1949 to the Greenwich Health Association, then in 1993 it became the community-based outreach program of GREENWICH HOSPITAL.  The program offers a variety of free and low-cost health promotion programs to residents and employees of corporations of southwest Fairfield and nearby Westchester Counties.
