Founded in 1976, this nonprofit volunteer organization.  GWHA helps poor communities around the world establish projects which will become sustainable and will increase family income and/or food supplies. The basic mission is to invest in income- or food-producing projects and education with some support given to programs to help a community’s well-being, such as water and nutritional improvements.
