INSPIRICA

Inspirica, formerly known as St. Luke’s LifeWorks, began as an outreach effort of St. John’s Episcopal Church in the late 1800s. Changing to meet the needs of the community, LifeWorks became an independent non-denominational charity in 1987. Today, services are provided to more than 400 adults and children who face homelessness each year at 10 locations; eight in Stamford, one in Georgetown and one in Fairfield, Connecticut. Inspirica serves single women, families, people living with HIV/AIDS, and people recovering from mental illness and/or drug or alcohol abuse.
