Student Employment Service helps employers who want to fill jobs find Greenwich Students and Graduates (Ages 14 – 25) looking for work. Jobs range from one-time or temporary assignments to regular part-time and full-time positions and community service work. The service is free to both to Students and Employers, thanks to the sponsorship of Greenwich High School PTA. Students from all schools welcome.

Hi, I have a CPA firm in Greenwich and currently need a reliable and detail-oriented high school student to assist with an organizational project. The main duties will involve scanning both conficential business and personal photos, ensuring they are digitized accurately and organized into digital folders. This role requires basic computer skills, a high degree of discretion with confidential information, and careful handling of personal photos. The work will take place at my home office in the King Merritt neighborhood.
Responsibilities:
Scanning various paper documents into PDF format in a systematic and organized manner.
Scanning physical photos and saving them as digital images systematically.
Organizing and renaming digital files according to a provided system.
Ensuring the quality and clarity of all scanned images.
Maintaining confidentiality and privacy regarding all materials.
Qualifications:
Current high school student or recent graduate (ages 14-25).
Must be located in or near Greenwich, CT.
Proficient with computers and scanning equipment (training on specific equipment will be provided).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
Hours & Compensation:
Type: Part-time, flexible hours, or a one-time project (e.g., 5-10 hours per week, or a 2-week project).
Schedule: Flexible (e.g., afternoons after school, weekends).
Compensation: $18 -$20 per hour

About Common Circles: Common Circles designs, creates, and implements immersive experiences that foster dialogue, storytelling, and connection across difference. Our work centers community voices to foster belonging and strengthen community.
About the Exhibit: “We are New York! Bridging, Belonging, & Building Community” is a traveling exhibit that amplifies stories from community members across New York. Through curated narratives and participatory element, the exhibit invites audiences to reflect on identity, belonging, and shared humanity. The exhibit blends techniques from psychology proven to increase empathy with the arts, technology, and storytelling to increase empathy, decrease bias, and help people get along better in work, school, and the broader community.
Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Community Story Curation Assistant to support the curation of central exhibit components featuring stories from community members. The role is ideal for students or emerging professionals interested in editing, research, storytelling, and community-based work. You will work closely with the Common Circles team to shape and include community-submitted content into the exhibit that will launch at a NY museum and then travel to schools and community spaces throughout the state.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Content Support
– Conduct background research and fact-checking related to community stories
– Help prepare curated content for exhibit display
– Assist with drafting, editing, and proofing stories
– Ensure clarity, accuracy, & consistency of content

– Excellent attention to detail and organization
– Comfort working in Google Docs and similar editing tools
– Interest in community storytelling, journalism, arts or social impact
– Thoughtful, respectful approach to working with community voices

I am a senior at Greenwich High School looking for a part-time job in the Greenwich area. I have experience working with children at Whitby’s summer camp program and babysitting.
